After-Sales is a small term for a big role as it encompasses both the Workshop and Parts Departments in one team. Whether you order a single spare part or book in your tractor for a complete rebuild you will be looked after by our 5 strong After-Sales team.
Providing you with good after-sales relies on a number of factors, which we break down as follows:
Experience is not everything but in this role it certainly helps, our 5 after sales staff can offer you over 100 years of collective experience. They will offer you a friendly welcome and serve you in a courteous and professional manner.
Knowledge is everything in after sales, whether it’s our man on the Parts Counter who needs to be able to visualise what you are describing when you ask for the green bit that holds the cable under the back of your mower, or our service technician who needs to have the skill to diagnose and repair your broken gearbox in your tractor. They are only able to do that because they are very well trained and are experts in their field.
Last year we invested in the latest EVOPOS Dealer Management System and we are the first company in our industry to adopt this up to the minute system. It is very popular with the biggest motorcycle dealerships and is far more advanced than any of the systems aimed at our industry. It has allowed us to speed up our internal processes and leaves us more time to spend focussing on our customers.
It is vital that our service department is fully equipped, there is a limit to what the best technician in the world can achieve if you just give him a hammer. Our workshop has 3 hydraulic lifting tables, hydraulic engine crane, hydraulic transmission lift, MIG, TIG and gas welding plants, hydraulic press, pullers, air wrenches, ultrasonic cleaning tank, parts washer, pressure testing equipment, electrical testing meters, battery analysers, torque wrenches etc. This is just a few of the specialist tools we keep so you can rest assured your job will be completed to the highest standard.
It is well and truly the lawn mowing season once again and it’s important to have the right tools for the job. If you have recently been out to the garage and dusted off the lawn mower only to find it won’t start, it might have left you thinking it was time to buy a new one. Good quality mowers, like most quality machines, can last a long time and provide you with years of reliable service if they are looked after and given a bit of attention.
Lawn mower blades can easily become chipped and blunted to the point where they cut as well as a pair of old leather boots. Luckily, lawn mower blades can be easily sharpened or replaced.
