Can I still order an new mower/tractor or other garden equipment?
Yes we are still able to process orders over the phone.
Will I be able to see it before I order?
Unfortunately not as our showrooms have to remain closed. We do have the ability to use Zoom to “show” you the machine if we have it on display in our showroom.
If I order over the phone how will my new machine be delivered?
We will assemble your chosen machine and make sure it is running perfectly before delivering it in our own van. Delivery will be non-contact with the machine left in a prearranged safe place
Can I order spare parts and consumables?
Yes we can take orders over the phone and dispatch your items via a courier. We are not able to send liquid items such as engine oils and Aspen fuels
Can I book a service or repair on my mower?
We are operating a reduced service capability at present and consequently are only offering servicing and repairs on ride-on mowers.
Can I bring my broken mower in to you?
No please don’t try to bring your machinery to us. We will arrange non-contact collection and delivery of your machine.
In response to new government restrictions announced on 23rd March our showrooms are now closed until further notice. Our phone lines are still open and we have staff available to offer telephone support.
