The Front mounted deck lets you see what you are cutting. The genuine articulated steering offers unsurpassed manoeuvrability. The rear wheels always follow the tracks of the front wheels. You don't have to worry about the rear section hitting walls or tress, you can simply concentrate on mowing.

The new line of high performance Combi decks have both Multiclip and Rear discharge. Multiclip cuts and mulches the grass without the need for collecting. It also fertilises the lawn as you mow. Rear discharge helps you to cut long grass after your holidays.

The Residence 4WD is very well equipped. For example; hydrostatic transmission gives variable speed in both forward and reverse is regulated with a foot pedal, foot-controlled attachment lift, high comfort seat adjustable with one hand grip, adjustable steering wheel. On the control panel electric cutting height adjustment hour meter, separate choke, headlight switch. Transparent tank shows the petrol level. The cutting deck can be angled into cleaning position without removing the V-belt.

Choose from a wide range of accessories. You can for example easily change from a cutting deck, sweeper or flail mower to snow blade or snow thrower.
