To fit TIMO or MIKA you will require:- A solid level base slab or decking
- Electrical supply to suit 8kW heater and lighting
- Water supply and drainage - if you add a shower (MIKA only)
- Suitable covering for the roof - Felt or Cedar shingles, etc
- Preservative for the exterior walls
