Returns Policy

30-day Returns Guarantee
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect (however, click here to find out what to do if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item).

Specific rules apply regarding refunds of delivery charges, giftwrapping and other services--see our Refunds Policy .

In the event of Walfins sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 30 days. Walfins reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which we confirm we will issue a replacement.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery times and charges

Most orders (see exceptions below) over £65 are delivered free of charge via Business Post next day sevice. All orders below that value will attract a delivery charge of £4.95

We normally despatch orders on the working day after they are placed on the web, we will make every effort to despatch orders received before 2pm on the same day.

When your parcel is despatched we will email you the tracking number allowing you to check delivery progess with the courier

Delivery of Garden Machinery

All garden machinery is delivered free of charge within the UK (excluding Highlands & Islands) All garden machinery orders will be dispatched via a 3 day courier service however a 24 hours delivery option is available at extra cost.

Ride-on Mowers and Lawn Tractors will be delivered on our own vans fully assembled and ready for you to use, at delievry we will instruct you in the correct and safe use of your new machine. We will only deliver within a 35 mile radius of Swindon to ensure that we can maintain an acceptable level of aftersales support.

Delivery of Helo Saunas

There are 2 delivery options for Helo Saunas:

  1. Express delivery, @ £140 (incl VAT) 2-3 days, delivered by courier. With Express delivery the sauna components will be delivered to your door on a pallet.You must be there to receive the delivery.
  2. Premium delivery @ £140 (incl VAT), usually delivered within a week but can take up to 2 weeks, you will get a call from Helo to arrange a convenient time and the sauna will be delivered by Helo's own transport. With Premium delivery the driver will deliver the sauna and bring it into your house (excludes assembly / installation)

After ordering please contact us to let us know if you would like Premium delivery.

Delivery of Woodburning Stoves

We deliver woodburning stoves within a 35 mile radius of Swindon for £50.

Out of stock items / backorders

We maintain a large stock of all our products in our warehouse and it is very rare for us to be out of stock. If there is a particularly unusual demand for a certain item or we have manufacturing problems we can normally re-stock very quickly.

If any item on your order is going to be out of stock for more than 2 days, we will email you to advise you how long it is likely to be and give you the following options:

  1. Hold you whole order until the out of stock item is available
  2. Send the rest of your items and then send a separate parcel when the out of stock item becomes available (we will pay for any additional postage costs incurred)
  3. Cancel the out of stock item on your order, send the rest and reduce the charge
  4. Cancel the whole order.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order with us at any time up until it is despatched by advising us by email, telephone, fax or letter. However, you should be aware that we generally aim to despatch orders on the day after they are placed.

If you are not able to cancel before despatch, you can always try out the products anyway then return them under our money-back guarantee - see our Returns Policy section above.
